Part #: LAB-105 DCC/DC Track Conditioner
Click photo to see large view
- Using DCC controls on your layout really enhances the operation of your trains, but there is still one weak point in the system, and that is the locomotive still has to pick up not only the power from the rails, but also the digitized micro-signals being sent to the on board decoder from your DCC controller.
- If your track is dirty, this can cause some stuttering in your loco operation and maybe even a break in these micro-signals which can cause your decoder to just shut down, or worse, refuse to accept any new commands you try to send to it. A sure sign of dirty track is flickering locomotive headlights.

Part #: LAB-112 HO, N, and Z Scale Coupler Lube |
|
Click photo to see large view
Do you ever Lube your operating couplers? Most people do not, yet they are the components on model railroads that fail to operate properly most often. Just because they may be made of a "slippery plastic", that does not overcome dirt, grime, and pet hair buildup in the coupler's working mechanism. And, of course, many of the larger scale couplers have some die-cast parts where metal rubs on metal, ugh! Labelle has formulated two special lubes to solve these problems, one for HO, N, and Z scales. |

Stock Checks:
Inventory is a fluid commodity. It changes by the
hour (sometimes by the minute). To retain our pricing structure
we maintain stock levels designed to turnover 6 times each
year. We cannot guarantee stock status till we have an order
in hand. All product is subject to prior sale. If we confirm
that we have it, and, while we are waiting for the order
it sells, you would be upset that we did not hold it.
We used to hold items but learned a VERY EXPENSIVE lesson.
When we held items for customers’ orders, the order
never materialized 80%+ of the time. We lost out on
the orders placed while the item was on hold. Also
we wasted staff time that could have been used to pull actual
orders.
Since we are well known for finding older stock the fact
that it may not be on our shelves at this minute does not
mean we can’t get it. So, as we spell out on our terms
pages, we don’t do it anymore. You may, however, call in and we will tell you if the items
are available and if possible attempt to locate what we
don’t have while you are on the phone. |
